Mommy & Me Yoga is a great way for moms to reconnect with their bodies while bonding with baby. During each class we will incorporate gentle massage, stretching and playtime for baby, as well as yoga poses, breath-work and meditation for mommy. You will be guided on how to incorporate baby into your practice in a safe and fun environment. Enjoy some time to socialize and for self-care!

This class is designed for moms and their babies 6 weeks to pre-crawlers. No prior yoga experience needed. We understand that babies cry so please feel free to feed or change baby as needed. Space is limited so please pre-register for the 6-week series.

Carolyn Lundell

Carolyn believes that yoga is a great way to find strength, peace, and freedom both on and off the mat. She was first introduced to yoga in 2005 when she enrolled in a semester-long yoga program in college. She remembers leaving from her first class and feeling perfectly in unison with herself. She emphasizes working on “finding your edge” – a method that explains we can accomplish more than we think if we can find stillness in the present.

She completed her 200-Hour Certification in 2014 and her Pre/postnatal Teaching Training in 2015. She loves all forms of yoga but what she loves most is her husband, two cats and new baby, Owen.
