Mom & Baby Yoga: 3-Week Series at Stork Ready (October 2018)
Mommy & Me Yoga is a great way for moms to reconnect with their bodies while bonding with baby. During each class we will incorporate gentle massage, stretching and playtime for baby, as well as yoga poses, breath-work and meditation for mommy. You will be guided on how to incorporate baby into your practice in a safe and fun environment. Enjoy some time to socialize and for self-care!
This class is designed for moms and their babies 4 weeks to pre-crawlers. No prior yoga experience needed. We understand that babies cry so please feel free to feed or change baby as needed. Space is limited so please pre-register for the 4-week series.
Join Emily for her dynamic Prenatal Yoga classes, incorporating breath, movement, meditation, strength, and stretching to address and relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy.
Emily’s classes offer the space for an expecting mother to let her guard down, move and breath to release stress and tension, and connect with her growing baby.
No yoga experience is required. Safe for all trimesters.
